Abstract

The teaching of Animal Health to the students of the third year of the Zootechnical - Veterinary Specialty, requires the use of virtual teaching environments for the development of motivation in students and thus favor their learning, so the objective is to determine the importance of using virtual learning environments in the development of skills in the Animal Health subject. The Methods used were derived from the descriptive investigation of longitudinal cut, carried out in the Polytechnic Agricultural Institute "Manuel Simón Tames Guerra" of the Niceto Pérez García Municipality, Guantanamo, Cuba, as a result it was obtained that 60% of the students responded to the evaluations, 100% participated in teacher consultations.
