Abstract

It constituted a purpose of the investigation to achieve the Guinea yam production from plants cuttings proceeding from the cultivation in vitro. It is by it that in the Center of Development of the Mountain the investigation was realized under conditions of house of vegetation for which there were used different concentrations of Acid Indolacético (0.0; 0.1; 0.5 and 1 mg/l) to treat cuttings 5 cm long. To 60 days of initiated the experiment there were evaluated the results which threw that with the concentration of 0.1 mg/l the biggest survival of the cuttings was achieved with 90 %.
