Abstract

This article shows results of the Institutional Project for the Development of the Human Capital, leaded by the Medical Sciences University of Guantánamo. The primary data on the environmental ethics and the ethical environmental moral values were obtained with an integration of empiric methods, theoreticians and statistical mathematic, with emphasis in the observance of the ethical value environmental responsibility in agricultural producers’ group from Guantanamo.  Theoretical referent and some ideas used like foundations in this study were systematized, providing evidence to identity the scientific problem in how contributing to the development foundation of the environmental responsibility ethical value in agricultural producers. After characterizing its initial status, the ethical environmental of health suggest the social invention of the design of a policy of actions for their development in the mode of acting of the aforementioned producers in agents' new role.
