Abstract

The traceability of the agro-productive culture was investigated in a random way during 2017 until today, with 41 farmers from ten communities associated with the Nipe-Sagua-Baracoa Massif. The study was exploratory with a non-experimental design. The research-action-participation methodology was used, which was articulated with the methodology of popular education through the use of participatory techniques to promote integration, motivation and evaluation. The traceability and factors associated to the agro-productive culture provided the possibility of finding and following the trail of the social actors that were investigated, through all the stages of transformation. There were identified the socio-historical and technological factors associated with the 41 agroecosystems that were evaluated in the coffee, coconut, cacao and agrosilvopastoralist order. The research showed that the productive culture of traditional knowledge is transmitted to the young people of each family.
