Effects of hypophysiary extract of carp and the LR-RH analogous over the prochilodus mariae Coporo.

It was considered to carry the present study, to produce coporo alevino by means of hormonal inductions, comparing the effectiveness of the hormones Hypophysis of Carp (EHC) and LH-RH in final maturation and spawn. The fish coming from the natural atmosphere were acclimatized in a pond of earth of 750 m², during reproductive period, they were carried samplings selecting the fish according to their external characteristics: big belly, genital papillae reddened in the females and expulsion of sperm in the males; as well as internal characteristics in the females: position the nucleus of the ovules; selected those with more than 30% of acentric nucleus. 24 females were selected with size average of 678,9 g; 33,63 cm; distributed in two treatments, T1: EHC, n=12; T2: LH-RH, n=9; Witness, n=3. Of the 24 induced females only 2 achieved spawning troops (T1=0), (T2=2), obtained the best maturation results and ovulation in the females tried with LH-RH.
