Nature tourism in the Alejandro de Humbold National Park, according to the 2030 Agenda goals

The Alejandro de Humboldt National Park houses 2% of the world's flora species, the highest plant density in the Cuban archipelago and the Insular Caribbean. It constitutes one of the most important protected areas in Cuba in terms of biodiversity, it stands out for the greatest wealth and endemism of the country. It presents unique natural characteristics that are attractive for the development of nature tourism. The objective of this research is the integration of the potential of the ecosystem for nature tourism. Actions are proposed to guarantee the conservation of the services that favor this activity, which contributes to the implementation of the Tourism Policy and the Sustainable Development Goals in the 2030 Agenda.
