Abstract

The research was conducted in the laboratory and biological isolators dedicated to plant biotechnology of the Scientific Productive Teaching Complex of the Coronel Agroforestry Enterprise "Arturo Lince", in the period from September 2019 to December 2021.   The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of the plant growth stimulant VIGORTEM® on pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr.cv MD-2) vitroplants in acclimatization phase.  The trial used four treatments that were replicated five times with the application of mineral fertilization and VIGORTEM® and a control treatment. Survival, height, number of leaves, total fresh and dry mass were evaluated at 45, 60, 75, 90, 105 and 120 days. It was observed that the VIGORTEM® treatments outperformed the control treatment in the variables evaluated.  In the economic analysis, VIGORTEM® fertilization had the lowest costs and generated the highest profits.
