Abstract

The work was developed in the Provincial School of Training of Guantanamo, in the period of November of the 2013 to April of the 2015, with the objective of evaluating the impact of the training, by means of the use of different technical, in the course of upgrade to the directive meetings of the agricultural cooperatives. In the first stage the immediate learning was evaluated, by means of the technique of the survey, demonstrating that 95% of the participants responded that the preparation of the professors was excellent, due to the methodology and the used technology. In the second stage the mediate learning was evaluated, by means of the technique of presentation of a test, being demonstrated that the mobility of the leaders distorts the results of the impact. In an integral way, it was obtained that 64% of the members of the directive meeting is under conditions of assuming the new obligations and attributions assigned to the sector.
