Abstract

In order to evaluate the inclusion of the flour of leucaena in the feed rabbits in the phase final of fatten, was carried the bromatologycal characterization of the flour gotten of plantations of five years of establishing. Five patterns of the flour in the laboratory of bromatologyca of the Center of Study of Agroforesty Technology were analyzed, the contents of MS were determined, PB, FB, Ashes.   In order to determine the coefficients of apparent digestibility of the nutrients of the diets with 0, 10 and 20% of flour of leucaena, 24 male rabbits were utilized and finally the behavior of the productive indicators of rabbits was evaluated with these same diets, productive indicators were controlled. The flour of given leucaena to their composition nutritional is a food that one could employ in the formulation of diets for rabbits, since it promote GMD of weight and nourishing good conversions for tropical regions.
