Abstract

The work is developed as of the information of 12 profiles of montmorillonitics soils in the Holguín province. With the objective of studying the influence of the hydromorphy in the intercationics relationships of Vertics Gleysols, Pelics Vertisols and Chromics Vertisols. As of these results calculated to him the S value, the percentage of the changeable bases in the S value and the intercationics relationships Ca:Mg, K:Mg, K:Ca, Na:Ca+Mg and Na:Mg. to the relations mentioned is carried out you an analysis of bifactorial variance and the Fisher test. It found that the risk of salinization is major in the Vertics Gleysols and smaller in the Pelics Vertisols. Moreover it exists an increase of the Mg percentage in the intermediate horizons of the three solis, the who is more notable in the Vertisols. Also the Vertics Gleysols has highly significant differences with the Vertisols in the K:Ca relations, Na:Ca+Mg and Na:Mg.
