Acceptance of rooms of TV in popular councils of the municipalities Guantanamo and El Salvador.

Abstract

The opening of the Courts of Television and Video in these advice have made possible that incorporate to technical careers of new profile and particular interest for the community among them they are: art Instructors (41) and of Plastic arts (34), of 60 youths that only had reached the conquered half superior level, they are overcoming at the moment in the careers of: Sociocultural Degree Study (30), physical Culture (15) and in Social Communication (15). The introduction of these programs meant in the communities, increase of the employment sources, superación for those that work directly in these facilities, and all this goes guided to elevate the quality of life and in turn to develop the population's cultural level.
