Abstract

The experiment was developed in agricultural areas, belonging to the Pork Marketing Company located in Loma Blanca, it is located at km 2 of the highway to Caimanera, during the months April to July 2021, with the objective of evaluating eight varieties of soybean (CUBASOY-23, INCASOY-1, INCASOY-27, SOYIG-001, SOYIG-20, SOYIG-22, SOYIG-101 SOYIG-N5) in the edaphoclimatic conditions of Guantanamo. The growth parameters, plant height, stem diameter, number of branches and leaf dry mass were taken into account. Among the yield variables, the number of pods, number of grains per pod, number of grains were taken into account. per plant, weight of 100 grains and yields. The experimental results were subjected to Analysis of Variance according to a randomized block experimental design, with three repetitions per treatments and the normality of the data was previously checked by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of variance by the Bartlett test.
