Abstract

This research is part of an integrated science and innovation strategy, which allows the actions of all actors in the agricultural sector to be perfected and strengthened before the changing conditions of the environment, to sustainably take advantage of the available resources in order to maximize the effect of its rational use and the increase in the quality of life of the Niceto Pérez Garcia municipality residents. The proposed strategy makes possible and promotes actions to be carried out by actors in the agricultural sector; it is comprehensive because it promotes the participation of all actors. For this, different research methods were used, at the theoretical, empirical and statistical levels. A theoretical foundation was developed which bases the research through the definitions of strategy.
