Abstract

Result of the Institutional Project for the socio-humanistic development of health professionals, from the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo, the present study obtained primary information on the impact of health thinking in the management of fragile natural environments, its references were systematized as well as the theoretical foundations and the scientific problem was specified: how to promote the impact of health thinking in the management of fragile natural environments?  The prospective operational study had the objective of designing a system of actions which favors improvements in the impact of health thinking in the management of fragile natural environments, given the relationships of deterioration of ecosystems - health problems, health thinking - quality of life.  We started from some recurring problems in contemporary ecology to reflect on what can be done to comprehensively protect ecosystems from the most current considerations of specialists dedicated to the subject.
