Abstract

The objective of the present work was to evaluate the phytotoxicity of agroindustrial waste from La Troncal from bioassays with lettuce, tomato and radish seeds. Germination tests of the species with vinasse and factory wastewater were carried out, after seven days the phytotoxicity was evaluated, resulting in the germination index, none of the residues evaluated caused toxicity in the lettuce seeds, while in radish and tomato the combination of Factory Residual Water + Vinasse (T4) caused germination inhibition. Finally, the biomass of the seedlings was not negatively affected. Based on these results, we can recommend the application of these residues individually.
