The municipality of San Antonio del Sur is one of the municipalities in the country most affected by drought, so actions must be taken to achieve resilience to this phenomenon. Three zones of the municipality were chosen for this study where different climates are found, such as the tropical rainy (Puriales), tropical savannah (Caujerí Valley) and tropical semi-desert (S.A.S. plains); where participatory methods were applied in which training, innovation and environmental protection were integrated and, at the same time, the integrated interrelation of various institutions was necessary. Among the main results, the use of good practices was achieved in the different farms selected, coordination for drought resilience management was improved and the incorporation of environmental issues was possible.
