Abstract

With the objective of evaluating the effect of different doses of CTA-Humus® Effect in obtaining Rhizophora mangle seedlings for the rehabilitation of areas degraded by mining in Moa, Holguín, a test was carried out in biological isolators with the application at the time of sowing of 0; 50; 75 and 100 L. ha-1 of CTA-Humus®. Height, stem diameter, number of leaves, fresh mass and dry mass were evaluated. From the data obtained, an analysis of variance was performed for a randomized design. Duncan's Multiple Range Comparison Test was used for 95% to separate the means. It was concluded that the doses of 50 and 75 L. ha-1 of CTA-Humus® offer the most significant values in the growth and development of the Rhizophora mangle seedling under nursery conditions.
