Abstract

Contribute to the teacher’s training on scientific policies and environmental management to raise the formation quality of the specialist in Comprehensive General Medicine, motivated this research with the use of theoretical and empirical methods such as nominal group. The main directives approved by the supreme organ of the State and the National Assembly of the Popular Power are directed to the R&D sector; serve as guidance in the qualitative and quantitative development of their scientific potential. The Cuban University, with the strategic projections in relation to the fulfillment of the Millennium Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030), participates in the creation of university-company-institution services cross-links for the development of scientific potential. The University of Medical Sciences has the mission to empower the faculty and direct the research towards the development of R&D&I projects. Comprehensive General Medicine contributes to these goals by joining the community work group.
