Abstract

In the current educational transformations, the Technical and Professional Education (ETP in Spanish) has as a challenge the training of an average technician with a solid theoretical-practical preparation that allows assimilating the vertiginous advances of science and technique. In this sense, the Professional Pedagogical Process from the teaching - learning process promotes the mastery of the basic professional skills that constitute a basic requirement for the successful performance of the graduates. The proposal consists of a technical handbook for teaching manual agricultural activities, which is distinguished, by its systemic, operational and flexible character, characteristics that are concretized in the methodological treatment to the content system of the subject, which allow the development of knowledge and skills in students of the specialty Mountain Agronomy in Technical and Professional Education.
