The experiment was carried out in the Seed Farm of Valle de Caujerí, municipality of San Antonio del Sur, province of Guantanamo, in a soils of carbonated Sialitic Brown; using the variety of lettuce (Lactuca sativa, L.) BSS-13, to evaluate the effect of different doses of Fitomas-E in the production of lettuce seeds and its use is as ecological as possible, using an experimental design of random block with four treatments and four replications: treatments (T1 - Absolute control (no application), T2 - FitoMas-E (0.4 L * ha-1), T3 - FitoMas-E (0.6 L * ha-) and T4 - FitoMas- E (0.8 L * ha-)). The variables were evaluated: Stem diameter (cm), number of bunches, number of seeds per capsule, weight of seed per plant, number of seeds per gram, weight of 100 seeds and yield. It was found that the Fitomas-E most effective for the production of lettuce seeds is 0.8 L.ha-1 and better economic results.Downloads
