Abstract

In "Los Llanos" Management Center, 8000ha of coffee cultivation were affected. This work proposes a project with the objective of increasing the production of postures in technified nurseries using the hypocotyledon graft technology in order to eliminate methyl bromide in nursery soils affected by nematodes; it is possible to establish plantations where the presence of this pathogen makes the productive development of Arabica coffee impossible. Financing will be possible, resources will be acquired to increase the production of Coffea arábica Lin., the recovery of production areas and the increase of crop yield.
