Methodological strategy for the agroecological preparation on the Agronomy Major at San Antonio del Sur Universitary Center.

Abstract

This investigation has as object of study the methodological work from the Agroecology subject, and its objective is to elaborate a strategy for the strengthening of the agroecological preparation of professors on the Agronomy Major in San Antonio del Sur municipality that guarantees the correct development of the profession. This strategy offers some vias for the processing of the agroecological education based on philosophical, psychological and pedagogical referents, it also fortifies the methodological work at the department with procedures to apply the strategy on the major and maximize the environmental values. The diagnosis and application of different methods and techniques demonstrate that the current process of preparation of the part time professors still face limitations which hinder the effective achievements of their agroecological preparation.
