Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the influence of efficient inoculated microorganisms (LEBAME del ICIDCA) on the growing of Gran Enano Banana in vitro during the vivarium stage. It was carried out at random using five groups: 1, control (without Lebame), 2 (5 ml / l of water, 3 (10 ml / l of water), 4 (15 ml / l of water) and 5 (20 ml / l of water). There were used 25 plants per group and developed two inoculations of the product (at the beginning and after a month), three measuring of five variables: stem (width and length), leaves (length, width and number), at the beginning, after 30 and 60 days. The LEBAME has demonstrated a great agrobiological effectiveness with its inducement on the plants growing, the dilutions of the product exceeded the control group, and the dose of 10 mL L-1 is the most effective.
