Abstract

Taking into account the present educational transformations, the Technical and Professional Education (ETP in Spanish) has as challenge the education of technicians with a solid theoretical and practical preparation that allows assimilating the vertiginous advances of science and technology. In this sense, the Professional Pedagogical Process from the teaching-learning process promotes mastery of the basic professional skills that constitutes a basic requirement for the successful performance of the graduates. The use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods proves the scientific solidity of the proposal, consisting of a teaching material for Agricultural and Manual Activities, distinguished by its systemic, operative and flexible nature, characteristics that concretize in the methodological treatment to the content of the subject, which allow the development of knowledge and skills in students.
