Abstract

The article evaluates the behavior of the origins of Jatropha curcas L. (piñón botija) in the Bank of Germoplasma under semiarid conditions, to determine those that bigger yields reach so much of seeds as of oil. In the community “El Oro†of the municipality San Antonio del Sur, county Guantánamo an area was selected for the creation of a nursery, the samples of seeds were chosen by origins with those that will work.
