Abstract

With the end of characterize the tendency of some reproductive indicators of the cattle breeding, a retrospective study of the period 2003 to 2012 was done. The parameters age intervals, corporal conditions, concentration of fertile heats, period of service and intervals between births were evaluated. The 67% of the effective was found in the interval between 6 to 9 years, the 16% over ten years; for the corporal conditions, 43% was evaluated as medium, 13% y 5% of lean. Those factors may have relation with the indicators reproductive; period of service (134 days) and interpretation interval (416 days). The greater concentration of ruts (73,92%) was verified in the raining season which corresponds with the major incidence of coverings in this time. It was recommended the establishment of the mountain station in this period to improve the reproductive efficiency of the Livestock.
