Abstract

They were used 450 alevines of black Cachama (Colossomum macropomum) with 11g of initial weight and 9 cm of initial longitude, with the objective of evaluating the flour of chicken viscera and worm flour in total substitution of fish flour. It was carried out a sample variance analysis according to design totally randomized with 3 treatments and 20 repetitions. After 31 days final weight was evaluated (69,59; 66,85 and 65,28g/pez) and final longitude (12,25; 11,48 and 11,52) respectively; the half gain was 1,87; 1,78 and 1,72g/día and the survival of 100% in all the treatments. Economically the diet that contains flour chicken viscera promoted savings of 325, 52 BsF. It was concluded that the alternative feeding systems are economic and biologically appropriate for the young fish.
