Program of university accompaniment to the Plan of Agricultural Development in Tucupita, Venezuela.

Abstract

The investigation was developed in the Experimental Center of Investigation and Agricultural Production (CEIPA), located in the Sector The Jets of Guara, municipality Uracoa, Guara Island, with the objective to elaborate a program of university accompaniment to the plan of agricultural development in Tucupita. Current documents were used and of indispensable consultation to address the actions of the administration of Superior Education and in specific of Delta Amacuro. The used methods were: historical logical, the systemic-structural-functional one and the methodology for a pertinent and opportune accompaniment to the process investor. Among the main results it was possible to detect the not existent connection with the local development with an insufficient percent in the linking of students and professors, as, the one doesn't use of the graduate degree activities. A training program was made for the stage 2013 to 2017 to guarantee a process of administration of the horizontal and opportune knowledge of the development of the territory.
