Actions for the integration of the rural community sustainable development of agricultural production.

Abstract

The research was developed in the Rural Community "Green Valentine I". Miranda State. Participatory Rural Appraisal for the collection of production-economic, social and environmental information that allowed us to analyze comprehensively the community, based on an assessment of the main issues that cause instability of agroecosystems or production units was developed. The items were chosen as the basis for the development of the proposed integration in local development community met: case analysis of endogenous resources of this town and ways to maximize self-management of exogenous resources, identification of training needs human resources of the community for the introduction and spread of appropriate technologies and leadership of the leaders, their articulation with the community and knowledge by leaders regarding strategic planning and organizational culture.
