Abstract

Diagnosis of swine waste in Cecilia, Guantanamo, Cuba, in the period May 2012 to May 2013 Paraguay belonging to the farm. The study methodology is based on the principles of participatory research, being designed from the integration of multi-criteria analysis methods, where the main problems are characterized by fragmenting research through indicators: social, economic - productive and environmental and diagnostic analysis. A questionnaire was also performed in 21 persons: 10 workers, including three women and 11 specialists from the center, farm and business, plus, the observation method was used and two workshops. The problems were more influenced: lack of motivation, low wages, working conditions, caused by marketing, water availability, and condition of facilities and lack of electricity.
