Abstract

It was accomplished the investigation in the Agricultural Worker's Cooperative Jesús Menéndez of the El Salvador municipality in the period between February to December 2011 with the purpose of making a proposal of activities that they contribute to decreasing violence intrafamiliar toward the woman in the CPA, methods of theoretic level and empiricist were utilized. It was demonstrated when evaluating aftermath obtained than the families that make use of violence for their living together predominate in the cooperative, it exist custom to drink alcohol where discussions or fights after these prevail, it was demonstrated that the negative behaviors in the conduct of the children and adults are frequent, when prevailing in these obscene words, aggression, in addition to shout, to speak aloud, low cultural level, a little use of workday, little productivity, low salaries, no scientific application and the technique like essential elements in the economic development.
