Methodology for the formulation and evaluation of initiative municipal’s project for the local development.

Abstract

To tone with the Limit 37 of the Economic and Social Politics of the Party and the Revolution approved in the VI Congress of the Party and in correspondence with the Municipal Initiative for the Local Development (IMDL) this methodology was elaborated, with the objective of endowing to process of a tool for the formulation and evaluation of economic projects,for their elaboration he/she took like reference the procedure for the instrumentation and operation of the projects of IMDL of the Ministry of Economy and Planning, of the Ministry of Finances and Prices, of the Bank of Credit and Trade, as well as records, studies and cumulative experiences. The effectiveness validated in the practice with significant economic performance, by means of its application financing of the international collaboration was obtained by valued of 202 120.00 USD; it reports to the economy of the county for concept of credits granted the IMDL 1 267 600.00 CUC and 1 266 000.00 CUP.
