Abstract

Achiving succes and survival in the market nowadays is a challenge for enterprises. Adapting to the constant technological changer, complexity of products and services, an the growing needs and expectations of clients do not fully provide a warranty for it. It is then that communication processes arise as the main tool for attaining the goals.The objective of this paper is the analysis of some important aspects that will favor communication add value to the general management of good and services enterprises.For this research we took into account the criteria given by the authors that have studied the organizational communication, like Heidi Tofler and Fernandez Collado, as well as advisory services corried out in goods and services units.
