Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth and yield response of papaya (Carica papaya L.) crops to different doses of Bayfolan Forte®. This study was conducted in nursery areas in the Frank País municipality of Holguín province, on a brown, sialitic, carbonated soil during the planting period corresponding to the 2023-2024 cold season, which coincides with the dry season. An analysis of variance was performed on the data obtained. Duncan's multiple range comparison test was used for a 95% significance level. STATGRAPHICS PLUS version 5.0 statistical package was used for data processing. The treatments stimulated with Bayfolan Forte® obtained the best results, with the most appropriate application being a dose of 40 mL ha-1 of Bayfolan Forte®, which yields the highest quality.
