Abstract

The article presented highlights the importance of defensive tactics in Wrestling, promoting sustainable practice within the installation, not only constitutes a healthier environment, but also teaches the fighters the importance of being more responsible with the environment. They adapt to climatic conditions and available space, ensuring that fighters can develop risk -free defensive tactics. They allow the fighter to anticipate and respond to adversary actions effectively. In addition, that the efficiency of the tactical learning process is increased and improve the quality of life of the fighters. For such purposes, theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods were used, from which insufficiencies were revealed in this process.
