Abstract

This paper aims to diagnose the environmental situation at Agroforestal Integral Guantánamo, employing a comprehensive approach that combines environmental impact assessment with the identification of opportunities for sustainable development. Through a detailed analysis of the company's environmental processes and practices, the study seeks to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) that influence environmental management and propose recommendations to improve the company's sustainability.
