Comprehensive attention to environmental health: a pending task for professionals in Health activity

Abstract

Results of the Project for the development of the human capital, running for the Guantanamo Medical University from 2021 are presented. The environmental health refers to the general welfare state of the environment, its ecosystems and the resources that integrate it, which require of the integral attention of health, task where the professionals of the activity have significant implication Health. An educational study with scientific methods was accomplished; in which primary data on the status of this task and the role of the above-mentioned professionals in the concretion of the topic were obtained. From the referent and theoretic foundations, the scientific problem was identified in how to contribute to the development of the comprehensive attention to environmental health by the professionals of the activity. From this, the solution suggested was the design of the actions systems described, with reliable results of its experimentation in Guantanamo.
