With the objective of evaluating the morphoproductive response of the chard crop (Beta vulgaris var. acephala) to the application of different doses and application times of efficient microorganisms, the following research was developed in the Organoponic of the Agroforestal and Coco Company Baracoa, located in Baracoa municipality, Guantánamo province, on beds with a substrate prepared by mixing topsoil with organic matter (cocoa husk) at a rate of 10 kg.m2. The efficient microorganisms were applied at a dose of 50 ml/L of water, and were applied according to the formulated treatments. For the statistical analysis, the Statgraphics statistical package version 5.1 was used. The results demonstrated the positive influence of microorganisms on the different growth variables. The determination of its effect showed that the highest yields were achieved with the use of both doses and two application frequencies for the conditions evaluated
