Alternative for the formation of environmental attitudes for local development in municipal university centers

Abstract

The work was developed in the community of Tip of Maisí, more oriental end of Cuba, belonging to the municipality Maisí in the county Guantánamo, town where they take advantage the resources and endogenous potentialities starting from the present and future execution of actions of local development that at the same time find in its execution obstacles not always caused by the man that you/they enter in contradiction with its natural environment starting from a performance responsible caused by causes that you/they go from the ignorance of the phenomena to the inability of these for its environmental acting.
