Abstract

In the Maisí municipality, Cuba, at coordinates 20,270 N and -74,220 W, pre-feasibility studies are being carried out for a wind farm project in two locations known as Punta Fraile and Punta Burned. Two variants are proposed. The objective of this work was to carry out sensitivity analyzes on the profitability of the parameters likely to vary, in order to determine the limits within which they can be moved without the project ceasing to be profitable. For the studies, a program for pure and hybrid renewable sources was designed; It has a module for estimating the capital cost based on the relevant parameters of the project that guarantees equality of conditions in the analysis of variants. The economic-financial evaluation is carried out using four fundamental criteria that complement each other. The results are given in the form of a comparative table of the variants and influencing parameters of the sensitivity.
