Environmental diagnosis at the workshop 103 of the UEB Muebles Imperio Guantánamo

Abstract

The present work was carried out in the 103-workshop belonging to the UEB Muebles Imperio Guantánamo with the purpose of identifying the different problems that affect the environment in said entity. For this, the Fernández (2022) methodology containing 4 stages and 8 steps was selected, which allowed, through the use of other methods such as: observation, interview and apk tools, the achievement of the aforementioned purpose. In turn, through the application of an environmental impact calculation matrix in combination with a Pareto diagram, the problems with the greatest environmental impact in the organization were determined, for which they proposed, through brainstorming, a series of actions for the treatment and eradication of these in workshop 103 belonging to the UEB Guantánamo Empire Furniture.
