The results of the Project for the development of human capital in health, in execution since 2021 by the Guantanamo Medical University, are presented. Bronchial asthma is considered a complex clinical syndrome characterized by variable airflow obstruction, bronchial hyperactivity and cellular inflammation. Using empirical, theoretical and mathematical statistical methods, primary information was obtained on the relationship between bronchial asthma and environmental allergens, its initial state and its impact on a sample of children from Guantanamo communities. Referents and theoretical foundations on the subject were systematized, identifying the scientific problem of how to favor the health impact on the bronchial asthma-environmental allergens relationship in the Guantanamo children population. As a solution, a policy of actions favoring improvements in the bronchial asthma-environmental allergens relationship in the Guantanamo children population is suggested.
