Abstract

With the objective of evaluating the response of Coffea arabica L seedlings to the application of Glomus cubense and CTA-Humus® in the edaphoclimatic and technological conditions of the "El Algarrobo" nursery, in the town of “Las Manuelas” in the popular council “La Tabla” of the Third Front municipality. A trial was developed where C. arabica seeds were used, pelletized one hour before sowing and sprinkled with the CTA-Humus® soil conditioner. Four treatments were used that were replicated five times in a randomized block design. Height (cm), number of leaves (U), stem diameter (mm) and fresh and dry leaf mass were evaluated. It was obtained that the separate and combined application of Glomus cubense and CTA-Humus® was decisive in the growth and vigor of Coffea arabica L. postures, represented in the best values for the physiological variables evaluated.
