Abstract

Results of the Project for the development of human capital, in execution by the University of Medical Sciences Guantánamo since 2019, are presented. Environmental conservation demands the concerted approach of professionals, which is known as Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (PCI), topic about from which a study was carried out from September 2019 to March 2021. Using empirical, theoretical and mathematical methods, primary information was obtained on the state of PCI in environmental conservation, its impact on the environment and the role of professionals in its realization. .  Based on references and current theoretical foundations on the subject, the scientific problem was identified on how to contribute to the impact of PCI on environmental conservation?  As a solution, a policy of interprofessional educational actions was suggested so that they effectively assume the collaborative practice that corresponds to them in environmental conservation
