Management tool for political cadres.

Abstract

Fundamentals and theoretical references are provided as tools to make proper use of the assertive communication style, which prepares and facilitates the people designated as political cadres to be more successful in fulfilling their purposes during the close bond with the people they lead. It covers some considerations given by the main management paradigms: Martí, Fidel, Che and Raúl, about the qualities that a leader should characterize. The investigations carried out suggest that assertive communication has not been sufficiently addressed within the field of the leadership process that the cadre exercises within those of the leadership field in the political cadres.
