Abstract

The implementation in Cuba of the Local Agricultural Innovation Project (PIAL) since 2001 showed a way to recognize the capacity of agro-producers and peasants in the generation of economic, social and environmental benefits for society in favor of safety food and sovereignty in the Cuban context. The purpose of the work was to make a proposal that facilitates the implementation of the Local Agricultural Innovation System (SIAL), based on a set of actions based on the agricultural context in the El Salvador municipality, based on a diagnosis, which reflected that it has an adequate infrastructure achieve it.
