Abstract

The work was carried out in the period from January/ 2018 to October2018, inproductive areas of the CCS Manuel Tames Credit and Service Cooperatives of Quiviján and the 8th of October CCS ofLa Perrerade Baracoa of Guantanamo province. With the objective of carrying out the inventory of the ornithological fauna of the productive areas mentioned above. The method used was linear Transept and population As a result of the research, the inventory of birds with a total of 36 species in the town of Quiviján and24 inLa Perrerawas conducted, showing that there is a rich diversity of species distributed in 36 species 11 orders and 14 families with 31.4 percent of endemism In both forms of production, the most representative family was Icteridae with 46 individuals and 103 individuals, respectively census.
