Application of management integrated systems in agroforestal enterprises in Guantánamo.

Abstract

The Technological Management Team of the Information and Technological Management Center of Guantanamo is implementing integrated quality and environmental management systems in different agroforestry enterprises of the province. It is shown in this work the transformation levels already achieved in these organizations, right until the consultants team has finished its tasks. In order to attain this, the methods used were the compilation and analysis of the information, interviews to workers and direct observations. In this moment all the cases are imbued in the implementation stage and have gained in certain parameters like environmental consciousness and compromise levels, knowledge about the elements of the management system and existence of related documents, showing the progressive effectiveness of these systems.
