Effect of Fitomas-E in the nitrogen- potassium fertilization of the “Enano” banana.

Abstract

The work was carried out in areas dedicated to the banana production under irrigation conditions located in the farm belonging to Euclides Matos Rodríguez in “Lino Álvarez de las Mercedes” Strengthened Cooperative of Credit and Services from Imías municipality, with the objective of evaluating different FitoMas-E doses of combined mineral fertilization, in “Enano Guantanamero” banana clone“. Several parameters were studied and the results were economically evaluated. The treatments in which there were applied the FitoMas-E fitostimulant and the mineral fertilization showed an outstanding effectiveness on the growth and yield of the “Enano Guantanamero” banana clone. From the evaluated treatments, the combination of 5L.ha^-1 of FitoMas-E+100 and 75 % of NK was the most suitable for the growth and yield; the dose of 5L.ha^-1 of FitoMas-E +75% the most feasible from the economical point of view for the cultivation when generating utilities for $ 49261,68.
