Abstract

The experiment was developed in the cultivation of Raphanus Sativus L (radish)
with the objective of evaluating biopesticide combinations of botanical origin, the cal
and the effect on Myzus persicae (aphids), under conditions of a semi-protected system. There were used the Escarlet Globe variety, a completely randomized design, four treatments and three replicates. The climate variables and their influence on the aphid populations, the amount of aphids detected during the treatments, the degree of damages and yield (kg/m2) were evaluated. The most effective treatment was the combination of Cal, Tabaquina and Nim extracts with yields of up to 8.75 $ CUP/ m2.
